I’ve just begun to invite others to join me in using art as a way of bringing awareness to local issues.
Our first “Cause” is the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary.
I was told that I am eligible for a grant, and probably more than one. I could use your help with that (applying for a grant) to start.
Then I would have the funds needed to promote this idea, and after looking at your webpage I am positve that you are the person that I’ve been looking for to get this idea promoted in an organized manner.

Hi Alexis, Thank you for contacting me! A Cause 4 Art sounds like a great way to bring awareness to local issues and the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is a really wonderful place – I’m thrilled that you decided to start with them!
I don’t know much about applying for Grants as I’ve never really done that. But, ironically, I am having lunch this Thursday with a friend who had applied for and received many grants. Let me talk with her to see what is involved – I wouldn’t want to agree to do something that I wasn’t 100% sure I could do a good job of.
Can we touch base after my lunch meeting on Thursday?
